Client Support Specialist

As a Client Support Specialist, your primary role will involve managing customer inquiries through multiple communication channels including phone, email, and in-person visits. You will be tasked with addressing both standard and intricate issues, processing transactions, and collaborating with various departments to guarantee customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist clients with questions, concerns, and account-related matters
  • Process cash transactions from clients
  • Investigate and resolve client issues, coordinating with other teams as needed
  • Provide assistance at the service desk for in-person and phone inquiries
Required Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent is mandatory
  • Preferred Associate's Degree (U.S.)/College Diploma (Canada)
  • 2-4 years of relevant experience in customer service
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
  • Capacity to perform well under pressure with a keen attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and email communication
