  • Strong technical aptitude and understanding of mission-critical technologies and solutions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems.
