Responsible for managing the workflow of the department by assigning tasks, supporting staff, monitoring results and reporting to senior management.

Responsibilities

  • Recruit, hire, train, and supervise in all aspects of the job responsibilities of supervisors and front-line personnel.
  • Assist with the preparation of the budget, monitor for areas of responsibility, and seek out areas of opportunity to improve the P&L.
  • Monitor the performance and compliance of reporting personnel and provide feedback via performance evaluations and corrective action when necessary.
  • Coach, motivate and aide in the development and growth of a staff of supervisors and front-line personnel.
  • Direct the staff in providing mentorship to peers and support personnel for each of the disciplines within the implementation intake team and operations.
  • Act as a resource to all department personnel to resolve questions regarding implementation intake and operations.
  • Interact with partners to resolve questions or issues related to the intake team and implementation process.
  • Support partners throughout implementation in conjunction with the implementation intake specialist manager.
  • Support and guide partners through transition from Implementation to Operations once go-live happens.
  • Work with supervisors to devise work schedules and implement guidelines.
  • Serve as a role model of excellent customer service by responding constructively to the needs of the partners, management staff, colleagues, direct reports and patients. Respond with courtesy and respect in a way that reflects a positive department image.
  • Visibly demonstrate a commitment to process improvement by actively seeking and using customer and team feedback to improve services. Being an active participant in the performance improvement process.
  • Maintain effective change management.
  • Provide timely updates to the team regarding changes to internal processes.
  • Conduct staff meetings and updates personnel on company updates, goals, and initiatives.

  • Documented expertise in Intake/Insurance (acute, ambulatory, home health, pharmacy) experience preferred.
  • Self-motivated needing minimal direction in execution of implementation projects, and internal and external customer communication
  • Wellsky Pharmacy System (CPR,Caretend) Experience
  • Experience leading a remote team
