Role Summary:

The Clinical Operations Coordinator plays a crucial role in supporting the Agency's clinical team by managing the scheduling of clinician and patient appointments.

Key Responsibilities:

The Clinical Operations Coordinator's duties encompass a variety of administrative tasks, including but not limited to:

  • Coordinating visit schedules in alignment with medical directives.
  • Maintaining the staff roster.
  • Handling incoming calls and triaging inquiries.
  • Assisting the clinical team in the efficient processing of reports.
  • Arranging client appointments based on care plans and clinician availability.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma is mandatory.
  • Experience in scheduling is essential.
  • Previous administrative experience in a home healthcare setting is preferred.

Work Schedule:

  • This is a full-time position, operating Monday through Friday, in an office environment.
