Pay: $20-$22/hour DOE

Nuvia Dental Implant Center, a growing dental implant center, is looking for an outgoing office administrator (which we call our Care Coordinator) to join our team in our beautiful Tampa location. We provide implants and full mouth restorations to our patients, literally changing their lives. An exceptional patient experience for every patient is our top priority.

At Nuvia, our Care Coordinators are reliable, problem solvers with excellent communication skills. They have the ability to leave a lasting impression with our patients and help them to feel at ease.

Hours are full time, Monday-Friday 40hrs a week.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Cultivating the patient experience
  • Appt flow management
  • Account management and billing
  • Collecting and processing payments
  • General administration for the center

Job Requirements:

  • Collaborate and contribute to the team
  • Connect with each patient, show compassion and understanding
  • Positively represent Nuvia, live the core values
  • Background in Medical/Dental is helpful but we will train the right candidate
  • Be proactive and provide solutions for patients
  • Quickly pick up on new tasks, ask questions when needed
  • High level of maturity and emotional IQ

This is what a day in the life of a Care Coordinator at Nuvia looks like:

  • Opening Center, setting patients and teams up for a successful day
  • Communicate effectively with patients and manage expectations
  • Be OBSESSED with our patients and their stories
  • Remind patients of appointments and follow up when needed
  • Schedule appointments and walk patients through next steps
  • Answer phone calls, open mail, organize the office

The biggest challenge of this position is juggling multiple patients and projects at once. The ability to keep calm and stay organized is crucial for this position.
This is a support position, success in this position would be defined by a great experience for every patient. Each member of the team should feel supported by the Care Coordinator and you know you are winning when the administrative functions of the Center run like a well oiled machine.
