Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Requirement Gathering:Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, ensuring they are clear, concise, and actionable.
  • Analysis and Documentation:Analyze business processes and systems to identify areas for improvement. Create detailed documentation, including user stories, use cases, and process flows.
  • Stakeholder Communication:Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and the development team, facilitating effective communication and ensuring alignment on project goals.
  • Backlog Management:Assist the Product Owner in maintaining and prioritizing the product backlog, ensuring that user stories are well-defined and ready for development.
  • Sprint Planning:Participate in sprint planning meetings to help define the scope and objectives of each sprint. Ensure that user stories are properly estimated and prioritized.

Required Qualification:

2 years IT experience in a relevant business department being supported required

2 years' experience in the relevant business department being supported required.

Required Skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in creating detailed documentation and user stories.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Knowledge of business process modeling and improvement techniques.
  • Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) is a plus.
