Our team operates with the utmost integrity and professionalism. Sales personnel can expect to earn between $80,000 and $170,000, facilitated by our competitive pay structure and high-performance expectations.

The role involves assessing properties with structural, drainage, and waterproofing challenges, providing tailored solutions to homeowners and businesses alike.

Candidates should be proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel, and be open to learning customer tracking software. Team meetings will be held at our corporate office, with fieldwork extending throughout the Hampton Roads region.

New hires will receive comprehensive training from experienced staff, ensuring they are well-equipped to succeed. All training will occur at our Norfolk office, with a preference for candidates with a sales background, and construction experience is advantageous.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

  • Experience in construction sales or project management is preferred.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving sales of at least $750,000 annually in related fields.
  • Outgoing personality with a professional appearance.
  • Physical capability to conduct inspections as necessary.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Willingness to learn and utilize CRM software and other digital tools.
  • Basic math skills are required.
  • An online assessment may be part of the selection process.
