  • Service Call Management: Effectively manage service call tickets and part usage transfer of inventory to ensure timely resolution of issues.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Establish and maintain professional relationships with assigned customers, providing clear and concise information regarding the status of their equipment.
  • Inventory Management: Properly maintain a car stock of inventory and repair tools/equipment to ensure prompt resolution of issues.
  • Technical Development: Stay up-to-date with new and old equipment enhancements through the use of websites, technical manuals, e-learning, and technical publications.
Requirements
  • Education: Degree from a technical or vocational school is a plus.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in a mechanical or technical repair position is required.
  • Driver's License: Valid State driver's license and good driving record are necessary.
  • Technical Skills: Networking and internet familiarity is a plus.
  • Personal Qualities: Candidate must be a motivated self-starter with the ability to work as an individual as well as on a team.
