In this role, you will be an integral part of a nationwide sales team developing and managing an assigned territory. You will have the opportunity to work with HCPs to adopt a new approach to HIV treatment. Develop strategic business plans with specific, measurable, action-oriented objectives in accordance with territory and account level goals. Facilitate the execution of business plans that impact multiple accounts and gaining buy-in on responsibilities. Deliver and adapt execution plans to achieve performance goals and objectives utilizing; KPIs, scaling of successes, business problem solving, etc. Develop and foster external relationships with key influential customers and thought leaders
Essential Requirements:
- Bachelors or Master's degree in business or life sciences preferred
- 2-3+ years demonstrated sales experience in specialty with successful track record of exceeding expectations
- Exhibit high degree of interpersonal and persuasive communication skills
- Can work independently with strong attention to detail
- HIV Experience Preferred, not required
- Driven/Motivated for growth in role/position
Desired Requirements:
- Product launch experience
- 2 years pharmaceutical sales experience in one or more of the following: HIV, diabetes, cardiovascular and/or specialty (i.e. immunology, oncology)
- Strong analytical and computer skills
- Must live within territory or within territory boundaries.
