Regional Accounting Manager

As a Regional Accounting Manager, you will oversee the accounting and financial operations of our centers within the Southern Territory. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that all financial transactions are accurately recorded, reported, and compliant with Salvation Army and ARC Command standards.
You will supervise, review, and monitor the work of accounting personnel, providing guidance and training as needed. Your expertise in financial accounting software and systems will be essential in maintaining accurate and timely financial reports.
In addition to your technical skills, you will be responsible for maintaining a positive working atmosphere and promoting a professional relationship with vendors, donors, customers, beneficiaries, co-workers, and management.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and review the work of accounting personnel
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
- Maintain expertise in financial accounting software and systems
- Provide guidance and training to accounting personnel

- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
- 5 years of experience in accounting and financial operations
