Salary: $720-950 per week

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Call Center Customer Service Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction. This role requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer incoming calls and respond to customer emails promptly and professionally.
  • Provide information about products and services, answer questions, and resolve issues.
  • Maintain a high level of customer service by demonstrating empathy, patience, and understanding.
  • Document customer interactions and update customer records in the database.
  • Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate department or supervisor.
  • Assist with order processing, returns, and exchanges as needed.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and policies.
  • Participate in training sessions to improve service skills and knowledge.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Proficiency in using customer service software, databases, and tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high call volumes.
  • Positive attitude, patience, and a strong commitment to providing excellent customer service.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
