Your role will be vital in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining our high standards of service.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
  • Provide information about our products and services to customers
  • Process orders, forms, applications, and requests in a timely manner
  • Identify and escalate priority issues to appropriate channels
  • Follow-up on customer interactions and provide feedback on the effectiveness of the call handling process
  • Resolve customer complaints or issues by finding appropriate resolutions
  • Maintain customer records and update the database with accurate information
  • Meet individual and team targets to ensure departmental goals are achieved
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a customer service role or call center environment is preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • Proficient in computer applications and software
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
$850 - $1150week
