As a Call Center Customer Service Assistant, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service. You will work in a dynamic call center environment, handling inbound and outbound calls, responding to emails, and ensuring that customer needs are met efficiently and professionally. Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and empathy. Provide accurate and detailed information regarding products, services, and company policies. Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the customer service management system. Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved and they are satisfied with the service received. Assist with customer email inquiries, live chat, and other forms of communication as required. Stay informed about company products, promotions, and policies to provide up-to-date information to customers. Meet or exceed individual and team performance metrics, such as call handling time, customer satisfaction scores, and resolution rates. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve processes and service quality.

Job Requirement: High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor's degree preferred). Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to handle high-pressure situations and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Familiarity with CRM systems and call center software is a plus.
