Icon V is currently seeking a highly motivated and customer service-oriented individual to join our team as a Call Center Customer Service Agent. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.
 
Responsibilities
* Answering incoming calls and assisting customers with inquiries and concerns
* Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring high customer satisfaction
* Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues effectively and efficiently
* Documenting all customer interactions accurately and thoroughly
* Following established procedures and protocols when handling customer inquiries and requests
* Maintaining a high level of product knowledge to effectively address customer questions and concerns
 
Requirements
 
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Proven experience in a customer service role is preferred
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Strong problem-solving abilities
* Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
* Familiarity with call center systems and software is a plus
* Proficient in computer applications such as Microsoft Office
