The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer calls, providing excellent service, resolving customer issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. This role requires strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Support: Provide accurate information about products and services, address customer issues, and resolve complaints in a timely manner.
  • Documentation: Accurately document customer interactions, including details of inquiries, complaints, and resolutions, using the company's CRM system.
  • Problem Solving: Identify, investigate, and resolve customer issues by applying appropriate solutions and escalating unresolved issues to the relevant departments.
  • Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and confirm that issues have been resolved.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of company products and services to provide knowledgeable assistance to customers.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless customer service experience.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
