Job Summary: The Call Center Customer Service Assistant is responsible for handling customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests via phone, email, or chat. This role requires excellent communication skills, a friendly and professional demeanor, and the ability to resolve issues promptly and accurately.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information regarding products and services.
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Process orders, returns, and exchanges according to company policies.
  • Identify and escalate complex issues to appropriate departments or supervisors when necessary.
  • Provide feedback on recurring issues to help improve customer service processes.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide informed assistance to customers.
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets set by the call center management.
  • Assist in training new team members when required.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in using customer service software, databases, and tools.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays if needed.
