As a Licensed Call Center Agent at Elitecore Insurance, you will manage inbound and outbound leads, address compliance matters for existing customers, and focus on offering health insurance plans to eligible individuals. This role entails a full-time commitment of 35-40 hours per week, providing the opportunity to earn a competitive hourly wage along with commissions. We are looking for motivated individuals capable of closing 3-4 deals daily.

Responsibilities

•Handle a high volume of incoming and outgoing calls with potential customers, ensuring consistent communication following provided scripts.

•Maintain regular communication with the compliance team and management to promptly rectify any application deficiencies.
•Deliver exceptional customer service over the phone to ensure customer satisfaction and foster trust.
•Meet set sales targets (2-3 applications per day) and objectives within the designated timeframe.
•Demonstrate punctuality, reliability, and commitment by adhering to the defined work schedule.

Qualifications

To be considered, applicants must hold a valid health insurance agent license (2-15 or 2-40).
•Demonstrated experience in sales is required, with a preference for candidates who have worked in a call center setting.
•Essential skills include strong abilities in selling, communication, and negotiation.
•Proficiency in creating and delivering tailored presentations to meet the audience's requirements is crucial.
•The ideal candidate should be highly motivated, target-driven, and possess a proven sales track record.
•Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment and consistently meet daily sales quotas is a must.
