Core Responsibilities:

  • Maintain user account and access settings across several in-house developed programs.
  • Provide support to end-users, including troubleshooting, answering questions, add/delete user profiles and offering guidance on database usage.
  • Develop and maintain required reporting.
  • Monitor systems and alerts, providing administration and troubleshooting for various issues and programs.
  • Monitor database performance and report any issues or concerns to senior staff.
  • Document database configurations, procedures, and user instructions.
  • Assist employees with any issues they may have with the software.

Desired Qualifications and Experience:

  • A minimum of 1 year of technology support experience or experience working in an IT department is required 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Proven ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and tools.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a willingness to learn and adapt.
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening

Hours and Work Environment:

This is a Monday – Friday onsite position at the Chapman Corporate Center in Chandler, AZ.
