THE ROLE Firewalk Studios is looking for a Marketing & Operations Lead who is interested in applying their marketing skills to help bring exceptional entertainment to millions of players. You will play a pivotal role in developing campaigns that drive engagement and retention across the Concord franchise in addition to building and managing the Firewalk Studios brand. In this role, you will partner with studio marketing operations and SIE publishing teams to execute go-to-market initiatives, inclusive of cultivating best-in-class creative across Firewalk's internal creative services team. This role reports directly to the Director of Marketing and Operations for Firewalk Studios. WHO YOU ARE Player-Centric Strategist: Deep understanding of player behavior, translating insights into engaging live ops marketing campaigns for varying player communities. Collaborative Leader: A master collaborator fostering cross-functional teamwork across product marketing, community, social, and creative content teams. Data-Driven Decision Maker: Utilize data to optimize campaigns, ensuring maximum impact on player engagement and retention. Organizational Agility: Efficiently manage multiple projects, balancing the voices of developers, publishers, and players. Relationship Builder: Command respect and build strong relationships with internal and external partners over multi-year efforts.
