We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Executive Coordinator CEO to provide expert administrative support to the Chief Executive Office and NW Region President of Virginia Mason Franciscan Health (VMFH). . This role requires exceptional communication, discretion, and strategic thinking to ensure the CEO's time is maximized and priorities are met in our dynamic executive office.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage complex calendars, travel arrangements, and meetings.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and reports.
  • Coordinate special events and meetings.
  • Act as a liaison with staff, physicians, and the public.
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.


Qualifications:
Education/Work Experience Requirements:

Associates degree in a related field, and five years of progressively responsible work experience in an executive support position, that demonstrates attainment of the requisite job knowledge skills/abilities. Skill in shorthand or speed writing is preferred.

Or any equivalent combination of education and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities to perform the essential functions of the position.
