Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily property management tasks to ensure operational efficiency.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and assisting with storage solutions.
- Drive sales initiatives through unit rentals, insurance offerings, and moving supplies.
- Manage financial transactions, including payment processing and account collections.
- Conduct regular audits of cash drawers and execute bank deposits according to company protocols.
- Uphold company policies and safety standards to maximize rental unit availability.
Qualifications:
- Valid driver's license is required.
- Previous experience in cash handling is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Basic computer skills are necessary.
Physical Requirements:
- Regular property inspections and maintenance tasks, including outdoor activities.
- Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 35 pounds.
- May require travel to different locations for operational needs.
A Day in the Life:
As a Property Operations Coordinator, your day will be varied and engaging. You will start by preparing the property for operations, ensuring cleanliness and functionality. Throughout the day, you will assist customers in finding suitable storage options, handle rental agreements, and process payments. Regular property inspections will be part of your routine, ensuring safety and maintenance standards are met. You will also participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance your skills and contribute to the team’s success.
