 We have recently partnered with RegenCen and Dr. Gus Lo from Petoskey, in order to provide our patients with a full range of regenerative medicine services including; bio-identical hormone replacement, PRF, medical weight loss, feminine rejuvenation, and more.  Regenerative medicine is a field dedicated to helping patients to optimize their aging and wellness for a longer health span.

 We are seeking a dedicated, full- time Patient Services Coordinator to be the face of our plastic surgery, regenerative medicine and med spa practice.  Our entire team at Center for Aesthetics and Plastic Surgery are dedicated to providing outstanding service to our patients and working as a cohesive, collaborative unit.

This position requires a highly professional, organized, friendly individual to interact with our patients on the phone, online and in person. Ability to provide comprehensive information about all services we offer and how they benefit our patients in a kind, caring, professional manner is our highest priority as well as ability to work as an integral part of our amazing team.

Responsibilities:

Welcome and greets all patients and visitors

Answer all incoming calls in a friendly and timely manner

Educate patients with accurate, friendly information regarding all services provided by CAPS and RegenCen

Schedule patient appointments and direct calls

Register all patient into EMR system and assist patients when necessary

Provide general quotes to patients regarding non-surgical services

Direct all medical calls to appropriate team member

Collaborate with administrative and clinical team members to maintain excellent patient care

Maintain patient inquiries and follow-up calls in a timely manner

Collect payments and reconcile cash drawer

Ensure reception area, front desk and facilities are well maintained

Performs other tasks as requested by team leader

Strict HIPAA knowledge and compliance

Job Requirements:

Experience in plastic surgery, dermatology or med spa environment strongly preferre

High School Graduate - Bachelors Degree preferred

Knowledge of EMR a plus

Skilled with computers and technology

Outgoing personality and ability to work as part of a team as well as independently

Attention to detail important

Organized, ability to multi-task and prioritize

Background in sales a plus
