Work Schedule and Locations:
  • Monday to Thursday
  • Operating in multiple clinic locations
  • Work hours from 6:45 AM to 5:30 PM
Role Responsibilities:

The Senior Coordinator for Patient Services plays a crucial role in ensuring seamless patient experiences and operational efficiency. Key responsibilities include:
  • Facilitating optimal patient flow and delivering exceptional customer service
  • Meeting monthly performance targets and managing data entry
  • Overseeing scheduling and treatment plans
  • Ensuring compliance with all policies and procedures
  • Maintaining accurate patient records and ensuring HIPAA compliance
  • Coordinating with the Precertification Department for necessary authorizations
  • Managing inventory and ensuring adequate supplies
  • Communicating effectively with management regarding any operational issues
  • Monitoring appointment capacity and addressing any backlogs
  • Maintaining a professional and welcoming environment for patients
  • Training new staff members as needed
  • Completing administrative tasks and managing clinic expenses
  • Performing additional duties as assigned
Qualifications:

Essential Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate's Degree preferred
  • At least one year of administrative experience, preferably in a healthcare setting
  • Reliable transportation to various clinic locations

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and data management
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
