Customers trust Analog Devices to deliver integrated electronics and ADI is interested in energetic and organized team players that want to deliver quality products in a high-tech manufacturing environment.We are looking for microwave electronics assemblers with: 1 to 3-years working as a Micro assembly/Mechanical assembly preferred or related experience. Multiple shift Schedules: First and second shift positions available All applicants must be team players highly motivated to learn the complex assembly requirements of microwave systems. This is a hands-on position that requires a strong ability to work on delicate parts utilizing a microscope. Communication skills and a high energy and commitment to quality products are extremely important. This role includes working on continuous improvement teams along with development engineering and manufacturing. Candidates should have soldering skills per IPC-610 Requirements: The Manufacturing Assembly Associate position requires a high school diploma. A diploma from a Vocational High School or Technical Diploma is a plus. Must be a US citizen and able/willing to obtain a government security clearance. Ability to follow both verbal and written instructions and documentation. Good computer skills Commitment to learn and develop new skills Security clearance is required (application will be done through ADI) Specific Responsibilities: Ability to work 8 hours under the microscope utilizing miniaturized hand tools such as tweezers and fine screwdrivers. In process inspection and self-inspection. Hand solder components, wires, and jumpers into the assemblies. Ensure work areas are kept neat, clean, and organized per company guideline. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and blueprints for standard and complex products. Assembly using a variety of tools and or equipment according to specifications/process Use Loctite, epoxy, and other compounds as required by the assembly process steps Handle of ESD sensitive material and equipment Willing to be cross-trained and perform other related duties as required Good dexterity, eye / hand coordination. Good computer skills are required to support retrieval of drawings.and work instructions as well as other job activities. Demonstrate a keen awareness of safety practices and familiarity with OSHA standards. Must maintain a very good attendance record. Good hand and finger dexterity to handle die / wafers without damaging them.
