Long-term contract with potential for permanent employment. Clearance: Active Secret or Previously held Secret clearance required.

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
- Prior experience in electronics or microelectronics assembly is essential.
- Active J-STD-001 Certification is MANDATORY.
- Ability to work for extended periods under a microscope and utilize hand tools such as torque drivers, tweezers, and similar instruments; good dexterity and eye/hand coordination are required.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting detailed process sheets and technical drawings; good computer skills are necessary for accessing drawings and work instructions.
- Active Secret or previously held Secret clearance is required.

Responsibilities:
Perform fabrication or modification tasks on RF microwave hybrid modules and sub-assemblies of mid-range to high complexity. Duties include:
- Installation of connectors, substrates, components, and modules in intricate microwave assemblies, often using paste and sheet epoxies.
- Detailed soldering of components and assemblies according to technical drawings and specifications.
- Utilizing schematics, blueprints, or sketches along with verbal and written instructions to assemble, rework, or reassemble units.
