We are seeking a Microelectronics Assembler III to contribute to the fabrication and enhancement of RF microwave hybrid modules and sub-assemblies of varying complexity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assemble and install connectors, substrates, components, and modules within intricate microwave systems.
  • Conduct disassembly, assembly, modification, rework, and repair tasks on diverse pre-production subassemblies and complete systems.
  • Strategically plan work sequences to adhere to project timelines.
  • Employ measurement tools to verify that units meet specified standards.
  • Collaborate effectively with Manufacturing and Quality Engineering teams.
  • Operate independently with minimal oversight.
Essential Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in electronics or microelectronics assembly.
  • Competence in working under a microscope and utilizing hand tools.
  • Strong dexterity and coordination between hand and eye.
  • Ability to interpret and work from process documentation and schematics.
  • Proficient computer skills.
  • Eligibility to obtain and maintain a Secret Security Clearance.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience in environments controlled for ESD and FOD.
  • Familiarity with mechanical assembly procedures.
  • Background with military products in regulated settings.
  • Capability to solder components effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Experience working within diverse teams.
Security Clearance: This role necessitates a government security clearance; U.S. Citizenship is required.
