Coordinate with Inside Sales team to provide detailed and complete quotation bid packages based on project specifications and customer requirements within deadline parameters. Ensure our Product Lines are listed as preferred suppliers for key accounts. Promote Richards product lines in the market by highlighting unique value propositions. Work with Marketing team to develop compelling marketing materials to support product lines. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Mechanical Engineering, Marketing, or related field. 5 – 10 years of experience in a Key Account Manager, Business Development, Valve Sales, or equivalent role. Excellent understanding of the sales process and the ability to close sales. Proven track record in Large Account Management Planning. Technically minded, with strong knowledge of valve industry and product applications. Experience using market analysis tools to develop and implement sales strategies. Experience in the Pharma industry preferred. Prior experience with domestic/international travel (50%) Personal Characteristics: · Highly organized and detail oriented · Motivated, proactive, and inquisitive · Quantitative, with outstanding communication and presentation skills · Strong entrepreneurial spirit and work ethic. · High level of self-confidence, flexibility, integrity, and intellectual honesty.
