About The Role


The Financial Analyst for the Creator Shopping Platform ("FA") will collaborate closely with business leaders and their teams within the Creator Shopping Platform ("CSP"), as well as the LTK Finance team, to achieve business unit goals and deliver essential financial planning and analytical services.

The FA will be integrated into the CSP team, offering strategic assistance by creating financial models and deriving analytical insights to pinpoint trends and assess opportunities.

Key responsibilities for the FA will encompass budgeting and forecasting for both Transaction Revenue and Operating Expenses, ensuring timely and accurate reporting, and delivering actionable insights.

Additionally, the FA will spearhead innovations to enhance our planning and forecasting tools and methodologies.


The CSP business unit is experiencing rapid growth, both in workforce and revenue, presenting an excellent opportunity for the FA to guide that expansion and embrace new challenges.

How You Will Make An Impact

- Collaborate with the CSP Sales team to analyze historical performance and identify improvement areas for the Creator teams.
- Provide decision-making support through profitability and ROI analyses for ongoing and future initiatives.
- Assist Corporate Finance and Accounting during the closing process to ensure appropriate accounting practices and expense categorization.
- Gather data for sales incentive payments from key applications across the organization and develop accurate, scalable systems while optimizing efficiency and processes.
- Aid in preparing presentations and financial reports for leadership discussions to assess various business aspects and facilitate strategic dialogues.
- Conduct financial analyses to uncover trends, concerns, and opportunities for process and reporting enhancements.

What You Will Bring To LTK

- A Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, or a related discipline.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in corporate finance or a similar analytical role.
- Exceptional verbal, presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to a general audience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- Proficiency in managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines with minimal supervision.
- Strong skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and G-Suite are essential.
- SQL experience is preferred.
