What YOU will do The team is looking for a highly driven and empathetic Customer Success Manager for Strategic Accounts to serve as a trusted advisor to the largest and most strategic customers. As a CSM at the hiring company, you will be responsible for ensuring that clients are successful in using and obtaining value from the company's products. You will serve as a primary point of contact to assist clients in navigating the company’s solutions and services while providing strategies and best practices to enhance their impact across the system. Your role will involve offering expert guidance to clients to maximize product use based on strategic initiatives. You will engage with users at each account proactively to help them utilize the company's offerings effectively, as well as collaborate with colleagues to address client requests. Developing strong relationships with various stakeholders at the executive level will be crucial. The successful candidate will be a forward-thinking, experienced CSM with a proven track record of managing multiple large ARR customers within a book of business. This individual is passionate about solving challenging healthcare issues and is enthusiastic about the opportunities that arise from working in a dynamic, fast-growing technology company. You will also serve as the voice of the customer, collaborating with Engineering, Product Management, Marketing, and Sales teams to enhance processes, programs, and features that prioritize customers and their patients. Who You Are 5+ years of relevant work experience in customer success or account management.
