Work Location:New York, NY (Hybrid)Classification:Non-Exempt / HourlyPay Range: 47k - 55k Role Overview: As a People & Culture Coordinator, you will be a key driver in creating an engaging and supportive work atmosphere within our organization. Your primary responsibilities will revolve around operational administration of People & Culture and the Fitness team. This role requires a keen eye for detail, exceptional organizational skills, and a passion for fostering a positive work culture.Job Description:Your role will encompass a diverse array of responsibilities, all geared toward facilitating the seamless operation of our organization. Your innate attention to detail, exceptional organizational skills, and proactive mindset will be instrumental in not only upholding our high standards but also nurturing the accomplishments of our team.You will contribute significantly to the harmonious operation of the administration required to support our personal trainers, fitness managers, and district fitness managers, and this will be combined with your People & Culture coordination responsibilities, utilizing our HRIS. Key Responsibilities:People & Culture Responsibilities:Manage the administrative aspects of onboarding and off-boarding processes, including paperwork, orientation, and exit interviews.Support HR/P&C processes such as benefits administration, leave management, and payroll coordination.Support Payroll and Benefits transactions, background checks and other assorted processes, utilizing our Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) which is UltiPro Administrative Responsibilities:Monitor and manage timecard missed punches and exceptions in Ultipro, ensuring timely resolution before payroll deadlines.Maintain and update personal training held contracts, and send deadline reminders.Compile and organize birthday and anniversary lists for club promotions and member communication.Manage shipments, including recognition letters, awards/employee incentives and fitness equipment.Place orders for Fitness Manager and Personal Training uniforms.Support Fitness Managers with CBP (Club Business Plan) updates.Update and distribute weekend scorecards.Compile and share rankings for various contests and competitions.Generate West Coast Fitness Manager performance reports.Assist in NPS (Net Promoter Score) calculation and announcement.Communicate BP (Business Plan) commit send dates to Fitness Managers.Keep track of Fitness Manager tenure and maintain records.Maintain Personal Training Contact Sheet for East and West Coast regions.Other responsibilities as assigned by Manager and/or VP, People and Culture.Process Signature/Base wholesale and sampling orders.Audit and distribute dotFIT Fit Pro Codes for eligible Personal Trainers.Assist in event coordinating Qualifications:Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate with employees at all levels.Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.Proficiency in HRIS systems is a PlusProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.Strong organizational and time management skills.Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Suite.Effective written and verbal communication skills.Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.Previous experience in administrative or operational roles preferred.Familiarity with fitness industry practices is a plus.Join our team and contribute to the success of our fitness clubs by supporting operations, administration, and coordination efforts across various areas.
