Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a People Operations Coordinator. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team, maintaining employee records, and ensuring a smooth day-to-day office experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team, including scheduling interviews and maintaining job description templates.
- Maintain employee records, including employee profiles and policies.
- Ensure a visually appealing reception area and manage package delivery systems.
- Support employees with conference room scheduling and provide ad-hoc support to the office and other staff members.
- Manage expense reports for select senior sales leaders and provide support for employee perk programs.
Requirements
- Experience working in a professional corporate environment.
- Proven experience in office administration or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite.
