As the Senior Director of People and Culture, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's human resources strategy, fostering a diverse and inclusive work environment, and driving business success.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing HR strategies to support business growth and employee engagement
  • Managing a team of HR professionals to ensure effective talent acquisition, development, and retention
  • Collaborating with executive leadership to drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives
  • Providing strategic HR guidance to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
  • Developing and managing HR-related budgets to ensure cost-effectiveness and financial sustainability

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in a senior HR leadership role, preferably in a creative or collaborative environment
  • Strong knowledge of HR functions, employee relations, operations, DEI, and hospitality
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to manage budgets and financial resources effectively
  • Experience in team leadership and fostering a collaborative work culture
  • Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion

The salary range for this role is $130,000 - $140,000, and the final salary offer will be determined based on a comprehensive evaluation of factors such as the candidate's experience, expertise, alignment with the position's requirements, and budget approvals.
