About This Job

We are seeking a Sales Executive to join our Sales & Marketing department. This is an important role with our client that drives revenue growth through the acquisition of new clients and the expansion of existing accounts. As a Sales Executive, you will develop and execute strategic sales plans, establish strong relationships with key stakeholders, and provide insights to the product and marketing teams. This role involves lead generation, negotiation, closing deals, and account management. By contributing significantly to the company's foothold in the competitive Information Technology Services sector, you will drive organizational revenue growth and market presence.

What You Will Be Doing
•Drive market expansion: Develop and implement strategic sales initiatives to enhance the company's market presence and growth.

Cultivate client relationships: Forge and nurture partnerships with potential clients to boost
•profitable revenue through strategic business opportunities.
•Enhance proposal development: Collaborate with various teams to craft comprehensive proposals that effectively address and resolve client challenges.

•A least 4 years of experience in a relevant area of sales.

The ability to balance the pursuit of quick sales with the nurturing of long-term partnerships will be key to their success. Additionally, our ideal candidate possesses the following:
•Extensive past experience in establishing a network of potential clients in the IT industry, excluding LinkedIn contacts, with a proven track record of revenue generation and client retention are preferred.
•Extensive past experience engaging and influencing C-level decision-makers are preferred.
•Extensive past experience selling IT services, including IT professional services, staffing, and staff augmentation, with a focus on the IT industry are preferred.
•Substantial past experience with CRM systems, marketing automation tools, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator is preferred.
•A deep understanding of selling nearshore IT professional services is preferred.
•A working knowledge of customer relationship management systems (CRM) such as Salesforce or Hubspot, and marketing automation tools such as: LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
•4+ years of experience managing commercial processes in IT services.
•4+ years of experience in opening new opportunities, closing deals, and fostering long-term client relationships.
