Role Description


Are you a seasoned material handling sales expert with a passion for driving sales growth and building strong client relationships? Are you tired of grinding for the man on that hamster wheel year after year? G&P Automation is seeking highly motivated and experienced Solution Sales Executives to join our team. In this role, you will be our rockstar leading the charge for the Dallas market and crucial part in driving our sales efforts, developing robust client relationships, and providing exceptional customer service.

 

 

Key Responsibilities


  • Build and execute a sales strategy for the Dallas-Ft. Worth market leveraging the G&P brand to grow our client base.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the material handling sector.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Coordinate with the G&P engineering team to develop client solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Collaborate with the internal team to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project implementation.



Requirements


  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience in material handling sales or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of material handling equipment and solutions including static storage, ASRS, Mobile Robotics, Conveyor preferred.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
