POSITION SUMMARY This client-facing role involves strategic planning, account management, and data analysis for marketing for residential home service companies. The primary objective is to develop and oversee the execution of the marketing strategy in support of client goals and bottom-line results. RESPONSIBILITIES Strategy & Planning Analyze client’s current media mix and evaluate success of each medium (traditional, digital, and print) Identify gaps and areas of opportunity for improvement Develop and execute strategic marketing plan to meet client goals Identify industry & seasonal trends to inform strategies Account Management Serve as the primary marketing point of contact for clients Conduct client meetings (prepare agenda, lead the call, coordinate follow up, assign & communicate actions) Communicate the progress of monthly initiatives to the client Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights Attend select vendor meetings for plan alignment & accountability Investigate new marketing opportunities Provide creative feedback if needed and coordinate delivery to media providers Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships Company Development Assist in vetting vendor partners for clients Identify opportunities for account growth and new business Collaborate with partners and colleagues on process improvement

SKILLS REQUIRED The ideal candidate is a self-driven strategic thinker who can see the big picture and think several steps ahead. We’re looking for an Account Strategist who thrives on finding innovative solutions to challenges, is comfortable with data and can turn insights into action and excels at building trust and fostering strong client relationships. Additional qualities include: Ability to communicate and present to all levels of an organization Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (PPC, LSA, SEO, GBP) Exposure to various lead aggregators, social media and email platforms Ability to analyze and interpret various forms of marketing data Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs Proven ability to juggle multiple priorities while maintaining sharp attention to detail Self-motivated and able to thrive in a results-driven environment while working independently QUALIFICATIONS 5+ years of marketing experience required; digital marketing experience strongly preferred Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, Google Suite Experience using Asana and Service Titan a plus
