As the Human Resources Manager, you play a critical role in supporting our plant's workforce. Your responsibilities include:

Managing various HR functions such as recruitment, training, employee relations, compensations, health and safety, payroll, and HRIS system management.Conducting full-cycle recruiting, from job postings to new employee orientation, and managing onboarding activities.Administering payroll processes for both hourly and salaried staff on a weekly and semimonthly basis.Providingongoing employee training in areas like health and safety, performance management, and recognition.Ensuring a positive work environment by organizing employee activities and events.Administering company leave programs and managing worker's compensation claims, ensuring compliance with employment laws.Maintaining HR analytic reports and assisting in employee training & development processes.Supporting the implementation and consistent application of human resources policies.Managing HR projects at the plant level and facilitating

timely communication of HR memos, programs, and policies. About You

You'll fit right in if you have:

Minimum of 3 years of related Human Resources and labor relations experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field.Impeccable attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with strong interpersonal skills.Basic knowledge/experience in Lean operating systems and ability to work flexible hours.Proficiency in Workday and Dimensions , along with excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite).Experience in conducting employee investigations and knowledge of employment laws and regulations.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work independently with minimal supervision.PHR/SPHR certification preferred .Travel Requirements: Minimal, occasional support for other plants may be required .
