Role and Responsibilities
The Human Resources Manager will run the daily HR functions including reviewing pay, benefits, and
leave as well as enforcing company policies and practices. The HR Manager will also work closely
with management and maintain good working relationships with all employees.
Partner with managers to provide guidance with human resources and employee relations related
issues.
Act as liaison between employee and management to answer questions or concerns regarding company
policies, practices, and regulations.
Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable HR federal and state
requirements, conducting investigations, and maintaining records.
Support departments in the development and delivery of strategic HR plans to fit with the overall
business direction.
Plan, monitor, and appraise HR activities by hearing and resolving employee issues, training managers to coach and discipline employees, and counseling employees and supervisors.
Champion the onboarding process, ensuring the process is up to date and of high quality, providing clarity and connection for all employees and their role in relation to the overall vision.
Participate in the Employee Wellness Committee- encourage employee engagement. Performs other
duties as assigned by manager.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Must have excellent business writing and professional communication skills.
Must be proficient on the computer keyboard as well as in Microsoft Office applications. Must have
maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion.
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and possess proficient multi-tasking skills.
Must be a self-starter, able to make quality decisions, possess a keen sense of urgency and
excellent organizational skills. Must possess a positive professional business demeanor.

Qualifications, Skills and Educational Requirements
1. 5-10 years of HR Generalist or higher experience required
2. Four Year degree in HR Management, Business, or similar field of education highly desired or a
mix of education and experience in a like environment.
3. 2-3 years recent hands-on experience with ADP products- preferably WorkForce Now
4. Adept problem solver and skilled at conflict resolution
5. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
6. Extensive knowledge of HR policies and law
7. Strong business acumen with excellent ability to prioritize, multitask, and organize
PHYSICAL ACTIVITIES
While performing the functions of this job, the employee is:
Continually required to stand or walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; and talk or hear.
Regularly required to reach with hands and arms.
Continually required to sit.
The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 35 pounds. Specific vision abilities required
