This multifaceted role will combine your project coordination expertise with event planning skills and market research capabilities to ensure the seamless execution of our marketing initiatives. As Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing the creative development process to include but not limited to video productions, photo shoots, social media and digital assets, printed materials, and coordinating large-scale events. You’ll be accountable for bridging the gap between the marketing team, internal stakeholders, and external partners

(manufacturers/resellers),

ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow. Additionally, you will manage social media calendars and scheduling tools across all brands and across various platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube. Responsibilities Project Coordination: Develop and manage project plans for video production, photo shoots, social media content creation, printed materials, and market research initiatives. Assign tasks, manage deadlines, and track progress for all marketing projects. Coordinate with internal and external vendors to ensure on-time and high-quality deliverables. Monitor budget allocation for marketing projects. Event Planning: Plan and execute large-scale marketing events that require interdisciplinary coordination. Coordinate with various departments to include but not limited to

(Operations/Sales/Marketing/Finance/Product

Development) to meet deadlines and secure discounts where applicable. Develop and manage event logistics, and timelines. Secure necessary permits and approvals for events. Schedule travel, lodging and meals for travel team. Market Research: Conduct secondary market research to identify target audiences, understand industry trends, and inform marketing strategies. Work with management to propose primary market research when necessary, such as “dealer partner surveys” or “strategic/creative whiteboarding sessions with manufacturers”. Actively research, synthesize, and report monthly on the marketing activity, press releases, quarterly financial updates, industry news for all our manufacturing partners and resellers. Analyze market research data and translate findings into actionable insights for campaigns and creative development. Pre-Production Liaison: Work closely with the creative team to understand project requirements and translate them into actionable plans. Facilitate communication between the marketing team, our internal stakeholders, and our partners (resellers, manufacturers). Gather necessary assets, materials, and information for creative projects. Social Media Management: Manage social media calendars and scheduling tools. Analyze social media performance and adapt strategies based on data. Print Management: Actively own and manage the relationship with all print vendor/partners. Actively research and recommend new print vendor partners and modern deliverables that effectively and affordably deliver upon the stated objective for any all-printed materials. Actively partner with sales and customers (retail dealers) to assess the effectiveness of our printed materials to continually evolve to meet their customers’ needs as well as their business objectives. Qualifications: Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills. Experience with project management tools (Asana is helpful). Experience with social media management platforms. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure.
