- Act as the liaison between the vendor and tenant by effectively communicating with all parties positively and effectively
- Listen to the needs of the tenant and respond accordingly/dispute resolution to provide the best outcome for the business and individual
- Provide a positive customer experience by keeping in contact with necessary tenants and act with sincerity to the tenants needs
- Interact with service managers and vendors accordingly to coordinate repairs as needed
- Create, manage, and dispatch work orders through the property management software
- Works independently within established procedures associated with the job function and performs additional special projects as delegated by the Operations Manager
- Ability to build positive rapport with individuals at all levels of the organization, as well as outside the company.
- Ability to maintain professionalism and a strong customer-focused demeanor with demanding clientele.
- Excellent time management skills, detail-orientation and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills and proficient in English. Must be able to articulate needs and convey information verbally and in writing effectively with employees, customers, supervisors, and co-workers throughout the organization.

- Must have minimum of 3 years’ experience in providing good customer service
- Must have minimum of 2 years’ experience in property/maintenance management
- Knowledge of basic operations and maintenance needs required for single family homes
- Must have an Associate’s degree or higher
- Dispatch experience a plus
- Fluent in Spanish a plus
