Service Coordinator Job Description

Cleaver-Brooks Sales and Service is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Service Coordinator to support our team in Houston, TX. The successful candidate will provide administrative assistance in handling routine duties that support South Texas Services and Operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist Service Managers with scheduling and coordinating daily activities
  • Handle purchase requisitions and purchase orders for third-party services
  • Responsible for payroll and time entry
  • Monitor and schedule training for employees as needed
  • Perform clerical duties, including answering phones and preparing documents
  • Act as a liaison between Service, Sales, and Customers
  • Support peers and management with internal and external projects
  • Utilize strong communication, organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills
Requirements:
  • A High School diploma or equivalent is mandatory
  • Three to Five years' experience dispatching in a customer service role is required
  • Two years' experience in a service administrative role is preferred
  • Advanced competency in Outlook, Adobe, Word, Excel, and Teams is required
