Job Summary

Cleaver-Brooks Sales and Service, Inc. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Service Coordinator to join our team in Houston, TX. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our Service Operations team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist Service Managers with scheduling and coordinating daily activities, including dispatch and time entry
  • Handle purchase requisitions and purchase orders for third-party services
  • Monitor and schedule training for employees as needed
  • Perform clerical duties, including answering phones and preparing documents
  • Act as a liaison between Service, Sales, and Customers
  • Support peers and management with internal and external projects
Requirements
  • A High School diploma or equivalent is required
  • Three to Five years' experience in a dispatch or customer service role is required
  • Two years' experience in a service administrative role is preferred
  • Advanced competency in Outlook, Adobe, Word, Excel, and Teams is required
