At IMT Residential, we are seeking a highly skilled Service Coordinator to join our team. As a Service Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the exceptional customer experience for our residents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collect and log maintenance service requests in our system, ensuring timely communication with the maintenance team.
  • Provide outstanding customer service to residents, responding to their needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Assist the Service Manager with maintenance scheduling and contacting vendors, ensuring seamless execution of tasks.
  • Perform additional projects and duties as assigned by the Community Manager and Service Manager.
Requirements:
  • 1+ years of customer service experience, with a strong focus on providing exceptional service.
  • Basic maintenance knowledge is a plus, but not required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to connect with a variety of people.
  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills, with the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
  • A positive attitude, with a desire to learn and develop skills.
  • Active and valid driver's license required.
