Key Responsibilities:- Collect and log maintenance service requests in our system, ensuring timely communication with the maintenance team.
- Provide outstanding customer service to residents, responding to their needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Assist the Service Manager with maintenance scheduling and contacting vendors, ensuring seamless execution of tasks.
- Perform additional projects and duties as assigned by the Community Manager and Service Manager.
- 1+ years of customer service experience, with a strong focus on providing exceptional service.
- Basic maintenance knowledge is a plus, but not required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to connect with a variety of people.
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills, with the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive attitude, with a desire to learn and develop skills.
- Active and valid driver's license required.
