Job Summary

Dynamic Service Solutions is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Services Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our clinical staff, you will be responsible for coordinating clinical services, training new clinicians, and supervising clinical staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide support on general oversight and coordination of clinical counselor services.
  • Coordinate clinical services by providing oversight, supervision, and training of staff clinicians, monitoring clinical services documentation, and developing and maintaining ongoing partnerships with community-based providers.
  • Conduct mental health assessments and counseling intervention services, develop individualized treatment plans, lead individual or group therapy sessions, and make treatment referrals.
  • Provide clinical counselor coverage for cases as needed.
  • Provide counseling, therapy, and/or psychotherapy to children as appropriate to the position.
  • Collect data about clients through interview, case history, psychological tests, and/or observational techniques.
  • Determine reliability and validity of treatment used and make recommendations regarding modification to services and service delivery.

Requirements:

  • Master's Degree in Psychology, Sociology, Social Work, Clinical Counseling, Human Services, or other relevant behavioral science required.
  • Two years of postgraduate direct service delivery experience required.
  • LCSW, LPC, or equivalent in their respective fields.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) – speak, read, and write.
