In this role, you will:
Own the relationship between Named Enterprise Accounts and Audyence globally.
Develop and execute a multi-pronged strategic plan to achieve your revenue goals across multiple buying groups
Develop and close new buying groups within Enterprise Accounts to use Audyence's Real-Time Demand (RTD) Platform
Schedule and conduct virtual and in-person meetings with Enterprise marketing decision makers
Communicate the value of the Audyence RTD buying platform by walking through detailed demonstrations of the product
Hit monthly and quarterly revenue targets
Grow existing spending for current customers
Work with our C-level executives to design the organizational structure of a team built to support the growing needs of Enterprise customers, globally
Help to identify and interview appropriate candidates to support you in your efforts to grow Enterprise business
Lead, coach and motivate your team to exceed quota targets and provide exceptional customer service to all Enterprise buying groups
What you’ll bring to this role:
At least 5 years of relevant sales experience; experience in selling lead generation (content syndication), ABM platforms, and/or programmatic media platforms strongly preferred
3 years+ of people management, including sales leadership or business development leadership experience
Preferably, existing relationships with Enterprise marketing decision makers
Proven track recordof both individual and team quota achievement on a consistent basis, in excess of $2M annually
Experience in recruiting, hiringand ononboarding top performers in Sales, Client Success, Customer Service, or Solutions Consulting roles
Experience coaching and enabling with track recordof developing A+ talent
Advanced in dealing with ambiguity and complexity in order to navigate uncertainly and lead the team through change
Experience with creating sales plans, processesand playbookswith cross-functional partners
Proven cross-functional partnership with Solutions Consulting, Customer Success, Product, RevOps, Marketing
Proven track record in hunting new business and expand customer accounts
Executive presence in value selling to Enterprise CMOs, VPs, Demand Gen, Marketing Operations, and Sales leaders.
4-year BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
