In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, leading a team of top-performing design professionals, and developing strategies to expand our market presence. Key Responsibilities: Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. Work side by side with the design team through the entire customer journey. Work directly with the management team on a day-to-day basis. Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets. Drive sales by meeting with prospective customers in the showroom and gain rapport through your confidence in our products and the service of our team. Plan and lead special events (i.e., public speaking events). Create urgency to move customers along the sales channels. Client Relationships: Generate and nurture customer relationships with discerning customers. Ensure each client receives personal attention, expert design solutions, and sales advice. Appeal to discerning customers who appreciate luxury and our expertise. Performance Management: Set clear performance goals for the design team, monitor progress, and provide regular feedback. Reporting: Track and analyze sales metrics, preparing detailed monthly reports for the management team. Utilize data to drive decision-making and improve sales processes. Build project estimates for customers and generate all sales correspondence. Collaboration: Work as the primary liaison for all marketing efforts. Communicate with clients, subcontractors, and co-workers demonstrating exceptional service. Qualifications: Experience: 5+ years of high-end sales experience with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Experience in kitchen and bath is a plus. Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills with a passion for developing talent. Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate at all levels. Results-Oriented: A high level of motivation, ambition, and drive to achieve outstanding results.
