Job Summary:

As the Director of Sales Development, you will be responsible for training and developing entry-level Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to master the full sales cycle. You will design and implement a comprehensive training program that prepares SDRs to advance into Business Development Manager roles within six months. This role requires a strategic thinker with a passion for coaching, sales expertise, and a proven ability to drive performance.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Review our current sales development program and make recommendations to enhance the program.
  • Design and implement a robust training program that covers all aspects of the sales cycle, including prospecting, qualifying leads, pitching, negotiation, and closing deals.
  • Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to SDRs, helping them to develop their skills, build confidence, and achieve their career goals.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of SDRs, using key metrics to identify areas for improvement and success. Provide regular progress reports to senior management.
  • Collaborate with the sales leadership team to align training programs with overall company goals and sales strategies.
  • Onboard new SDRs, ensuring they are equipped with the knowledge and tools necessary to succeed.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development, encouraging SDRs to take ownership of their growth and development.


Qualifications:

Sales Expertise: Proven track record of success in staffing sales, with deep knowledge of the sales process and techniques.


Leadership: Ability to lead and inspire a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


Results-Driven: Strong analytical skills with the ability to track performance metrics and drive results.
