Job Title: Sales Manager

We're seeking a Sales Manager to join our team at Fitness Connection, a leading health club chain with over 40 locations in North Carolina, Nevada, and Texas.

Job Summary:

The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading our sales team to achieve revenue growth and membership sales targets. This is a dynamic role that requires a strong leader who can motivate and coach a team to achieve exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a high-performing sales team to achieve revenue growth and membership sales targets
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase membership sales
  • Recruit, train, and develop sales team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to succeed
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns to drive sales and revenue growth
  • Provide coaching and feedback to sales team members to ensure they are meeting their sales targets and providing exceptional customer service
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
  • Minimum of 12 months of sales experience in the fitness industry; preferably in a leadership role
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and leading high-performing sales teams
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to motivate and develop sales team members
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
