Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Director of Marketing and Communications to join our team at Boston MedFlight. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy to promote our brand visibility and reputation, as well as overseeing our editorial products and publications.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute a marketing strategy to drive awareness and interest in Boston MedFlight's brand and mission.
  2. Oversee the development of editorial products and publications, including media releases and social media content.
  3. Manage the creation and distribution of print materials, including annual reports and appeals.
  4. Ensure consistent and positive messaging and branding across all company materials.
  5. Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance our online presence and engage with our audience.
  6. Collaborate with the senior leadership team to develop and implement creative marketing strategies.
  7. Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on trends and competitor activity.
  8. Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively.

Requirements:

  1. BS degree in a related field or equivalent relevant experience.
  2. Four+ years of experience managing marketing and communications for an organization.
  3. Minimum of three years of graphic design experience.
  4. Demonstrated excellence in written and oral communication.
  5. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to persuade audiences.
  6. Ability to complete multiple tasks and high volume of work on deadline.
  7. Experience developing and managing budgets and staff.
  8. Ability to think strategically about communications needs.

Qualifications:

  1. Massachusetts CORI and FBI background checks will be performed prior to employment.
  2. Valid driver's license required.
