POSITION SCOPE

TheProduct Coordinator supports the North American Marketing team, as well ascross-departmental teams such as Procurement, Sales & Operations andDigital Sales. The Product Coordinator will primarily work alongside theProduct Marketing Manager to provide basic maintenance, communication andtracking for all areas of the product lifecycle. The Product Coordinator willhelp to ensure that product management processes run efficiently, enhanceinternal and external product communication, and optimize our product portfolioand resources.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Product Materials. Gather, maintain, and organize product materials including spec sheets, visual assets, technical documents, and other educational resources.
  • Product Information. Update various product information databases to ensure both employees and customers have accurate product information.
  • Project Tracking. Ensure product timelines remain on schedule, follow up with collaborative teams for updates and update project tracker spreadsheets. This includes product development, campaigns and promotions.
  • Product Communications. Request product information and materials from vendors, provide internal product updates and support Marketing team with customer product communications.
  • General Product Support. Assist in coordinating activities such as product trainings, samples, trials, surveys and materials for Marketing events.
  • Attend product vendor meetings and stay connected with vendors regularly to collect relevant product materials.
  • Maintain and organize database of product materials in a way that is easily accessible by all necessary staff.
  • Ensure product information on all websites is up-to-date and provides enhanced customer experience.
  • Perform data entry for product specifications and other crucial information.
  • Conduct basic product market research as needed.
  • Monitor product campaign trackers and project trackers to ensure processes are followed, deadlines are met, and updates are entered.
  • Assist in writing and formatting internal and external product updates.
  • Create and execute product surveys to gather important product feedback.
  • Schedule product trainings with vendors and internal staff.
  • Support coordination of product samples for both customers and internal staff.
  • Coordinate product trials with both customers and Research & Development teams.
  • Ensure product support and resources are provided in-market duringevents and customer visits.

SKILLS & ABILITIES

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs such as Teams, Outlook and Excel; Microsoft D365 and PowerBI experience a plus.
  • Ability to follow, maintain and develop standard operating procedures and processes for crucial business functions.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with ability to closely manage deadlines and project calendars.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated experience and competency with the platforms mentioned.
  • Bachelors degree or 2 years work experience required.
  • Technical knowledge orexperience in the beer, brewing, and/or beverage industries a plus.

COMPENSATION
Newly hired incumbents are placed on the salary scale based on their education, training/skill, and experience, as applicable.

Hourly range from $22.92- $34.37 per hour
