Job Summary

Lignetics, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Manager to oversee the daily operations of our manufacturing facility. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating the production department to ensure efficient and effective production processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Production Planning and Coordination: Develop and implement production schedules, prioritize tasks, and communicate production goals to relevant departments.
  • Quality Control: Maintain quality control of products, analyze equipment efficiency, and coordinate manpower requirements.
  • Team Management: Supervise department supervisors, shift leads, and production personnel, provide training and development opportunities, and conduct performance evaluations.
  • Communication and Reporting: Collect, verify, and report daily, weekly, and monthly production data, create and maintain production and inventory reports, and communicate with management and sales departments.
  • Inspections, Safety, and Maintenance: Oversee the implementation of quality control SOP policies and procedures, ensure safe operation of the facility, and coordinate with Lignetics and regulatory agencies.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing or Industrial Management or related field.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Skills: Analytical, strategic thinking, leadership, and motivational skills, with the ability to work in a high-temperature and humidity area.
